Alicia was an excellent real estate agent for us, we were in the midst of a few big life changes and through it all she adapted quickly to our circumstances and was highly responsive to our needs. She is very genuine and repeatedly demonstrated she was invested in finding us a home that fit our needs as well as sell our prior residence in line with our goals above her own bottom line. I had interviewed a lot of real estate agents before I met Alicia. She took me out for coffee and asked me what my perfect home buying journey looks like. My deciding factor was when I told her my lofty, half-baked ideas she replied with a "we can make that happen." and she has absolutely delivered! I change my mind often, plan poorly, and have trouble articulating what I am looking for- Alicia has an incredible knack for decoding all of that and laying out a road map to my dream home! The last thing I will say is: none of my inquires about homes/ the home buying process have ever been met with an "I don't know" or some over confident false answer- she is so resourceful and leans on her team of real estate/mortgage experts to fill in any missing information.
